These terms cover your use of Ripe, an AI assistant for Fireberry CRM. We kept them deliberately plain — counsel will review before GA, but the core rights and obligations will not change.
1. Who we are
Ripe is operated by Ripe Labs Ltd. ("Ripe", "we", "us"). The product is a Chrome extension that connects to your Fireberry CRM via your personal Fireberry API token and acts as an AI assistant over the data you choose to share.
By creating a Ripe account, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
2. Your account
You need a working email address and a Fireberry workspace you have access to. You are responsible for keeping your password and Fireberry token confidential. Each token you connect to Ripe grants Ripe the same access your Fireberry user has — read-only, full, or otherwise.
You can disconnect your Fireberry token at any time from the Ripe settings. We delete the stored encrypted token on disconnect.
3. What Ripe does with your data
Ripe sends excerpts of your conversation and the Fireberry data it queries to LLM providers (Anthropic Claude, optionally z.ai/GLM). We use prompt caching and never train on your data.
We store: your conversations, basic profile (email, name), connection metadata (timestamps, plan), and an encrypted copy of your Fireberry token. We do not store the contents of records pulled from Fireberry beyond a short query cache (60 seconds).
You can export or delete your data from the Ripe settings.
4. Acceptable use
Use Ripe with Fireberry data you have legitimate access to. Do not use Ripe to: scrape data you do not own, send spam, harass third parties, or violate any law that applies to you, your Fireberry workspace, or your customers.
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.
5. Plans, pricing and billing
Free plan: 50 messages per month, no credit card required. Pro and Team plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe; you can cancel at any time. Pricing on the pricing page is authoritative — any changes take effect at the next renewal.
Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of charge.
6. Reliability
We do our best to keep Ripe available, but we offer no uptime SLA on the Free and Pro plans. Outages of upstream services (Fireberry, Anthropic, Cloudflare, Supabase) are out of our control.
Ripe is not a replacement for record-keeping in Fireberry; always rely on Fireberry as the source of truth.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ripe is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 — whichever is greater.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
8. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. We will email account holders before material changes take effect. Continued use after the change date is acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be heard in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
